White Chocolate Waffles |
...a great dessert waffle or breakfast waffle when you want to treat yourself! Ingredients: 1 egg room temperature & separated 3/4 cp + 2 TBSP flour 2 TBSP corn starch 1 tsp baking powder pinch salt 1 TBSP sugar 2/3 cp milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 TBSP butter or oleo melted & cooled 1/3 cp white chocolate or vanilla chips Directions: Beat egg white/s in bowl until stiff & set aside. Mix together dry ingredients & set aside. Combine egg yolk, eggnog & butter & vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, mixing until just blended. Add in white chocolate chips and fold in with beaten egg white until just mixed. Do not overbeat batter. Makes 3 large or 12 toaster sized |
