Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks butter softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 T cold water 1/2 t vanilla 3 T cocoa 2 cups rolled (quick) oats uncooked Confectioners' sugar Directions: Cream the butter and sugar. Add water, vanilla and the cocoa. Mix in the oats and chill for three hours. Roll in to 36 balls and roll in the confectioners' sugar. Keep refrigerated. |
