Triple Chocolate Mess

This is a "Tried and True" recipe that I have made for many years and often times it is requested for potlucks! This is a definite chocolate lovers dream!

The recipe is made in a crockpot and the lid should not be removed until it gets close to end of cooking; however, if you really want a mess, lift that lid and stir it up!

The recipe calls for Chocolate Cake Mix, recently I've substituted it with "Chocolate Fudge" Cake Mix. Heck, what's a few more calories anyway!

Serve as is or serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Small pkg. INSTANT Chocolate Pudding Mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
2 cups sour cream
1 small bag chocolate chips
4 eggs
Non-Stick Spray (Pam)

Directions:
Spray inside of a small crockpot with non-stick spray.
Mix ALL ingredients in a bowl until well blended and smooth.
Pour into crockpot and cover with lid.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
