This is a quick & easy lunch or supper dish that can be made ahead.
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can corn, undrained
1 can tomato sauce (soup can size)
Brown ground beef, drain, add seasoning. Add canned ingredients. Add water if you'd like it thinner. Heat & serve. Can be put in the crock pot on low if people are eating at different times or you want to make it & have it ready for later.
