At this time, we do not accept other methods of payment. As such, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Orders received by 1:00pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm CST will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding common US holidays.
Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any unopened merchandise in the original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund costs of shipping or pay for return shipping.
Edible items such as edible cake images, sugars and candy confetti may NOT be returned.
To return items, please send an email to support@thepartyworks.com with the following info:
1) Your name
2) Your order number
3) A list of ALL of the items that you plan to return
After we receive this email, we will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. We ask you to email us before returning the items because the return address can vary based on the items you're returning. This is because we utilize multiple warehouses.
Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned items, we'll credit your refund back to the card you initially purchased with.
A credit card could be declined for various reasons. Some of which could include an address mismatch, invalid credit card number / CVV code, expired card, in excess of daily limit or insufficient credit. If your card is declined, we recommend reviewing the information you entered to make sure there were no mistakes and then trying again. If the charge is declined again, it's best to contact your credit card company to ask why. When a charge is declined, we at ThePartyWorks.com are usually not provided details as to why it happened. As such, it's best to contact your credit card company to get the reason.
