Make your favorite mini cakes.
Put a petite loaf pan baking liner in each cavity of the pan and fill 1/2 to 3/4 full of batter.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
Frost cakes smooth.
Overpipe envelope flap with cake decorating tip 7 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Pipe cake decorating tip 1 hearts.
Add icing decoration heart "seal".
