Clever & Frugal Ideas...

Create an inexpensive collage of balloons in a character heart shape of your choice to bring oohs and aahs to those you love.

Directions:
Make your own template by using cardboard and draw/cut into the character shape and size of your choice. Inflate and tie off balloons (look closely at the photo design to determine number of different size balloons you\'ll need). Poke holes in the cardboard and push the balloon "knot" through the hole and tape on the underside to hold in place.

(Variation: Use a rectangle or square piece of cardboard and draw your design right onto the cardboard... make holes, add balloons.)
