Use a yellow sponge to write the party info on. Or
Use cardstock to trace and cut out the shape of a pineapple.

Decorations:
You can incorporate anything with a nautical feel to it. Use fish nets, life
rings, starfish, fish, nautical balls, etc. Get Sponge

Make seaweed by hanging strips of blue and green streamers from a doorway, the ceiling or the edge of the tables. Attach paper fish to the middle or ends of the streamers.
Use pineapples as your centerpieces.
Make a message in a bottle for your table centerpieces. Use a empty glass bottle, roll up a note inside, cork the bottle. Set in the center of the table in a pail or bucket of sand.
Make a banner that reads, "Welcome to Bikini Bottom".
Cake:
Make a pineapple upside down cake. Or
Make cupcakes, ice with yellow frosting and top with a gummi fish.
Food and Snacks:
Make Patrick sugar cookies in the shape of a star. Ice with pink icing and add
m&m's for eyes.
Set out a plastic pail of goldfish crackers. Use the shovel for serving.
Serve Jellyfish Punch (red punch) or Nautical Punch (blue punch) float freezeable plastic ice cubes in the shape of fish.
Make peanutbutter and jellyfish sandwiches. Cut into a fish or star shape with a cookie cutter. Or make tuna fish sandwiches.
Krabby Patties (hamburgers) and Crustation Fries (french fries).
Fish sticks or fish nuggets in the shape of fish.
Pineapple chunks.
Island cakes.
Use twinkies and insert slivers of almonds to make the scales on a pineapples.
Add a twig of rosemary to the top for the top of the pineapple. Use frosting
to make the lines of the pineapple.
Goodie Bags and Prizes:
Use a plastic sand pail. Put in a bag of Sponge Bob Cheez-It crackers, a Sponge
Bob fruit snack, stickers, etc.
For prizes use Sponge Bob themed favors or plastic fish, sharks, star fish, sponges(Walmart), Krabby Patties gummi candies, gummi worms or fish, diving toys/diving sticks,chocolate coins or plastic coins, or bubbles.
Games and Activities:
Toss sponges into a pail for a bean bag type game.
Walk the plank. Use a 2 by 4 and have kids try to walk across without falling off. First to make it across wins.
Diving for pearls. Use pearl colored Easter eggs. Put a marble into a certain number of eggs. Float in a kiddie pool or tub. whoever finds the pearls wins.
Spatula Toss. Use a spatula to have kids toss pretend "Krabby Patties" into a basket. Most "patties" in wins.
Limbo.
Pin the Pants on Sponge Bob. You can find this on the Nick Jr. site.
For some activities, let the kids decorate their own treasure chests. Purchase small cardboard boxes in the craft department or craft store. Set out some gold paints, gold braid, some small plastic jewels, and other things the kids can use to decorate. This is a take home favor.
Do sand art. Buy different colored sands and small plastic containers for the
kids to fill. Add some small shells to finish the project.
Sponge paint. Set up any area where kids can do some spong painting on paper. Provide plenty of nautical shaped sponges or cut your own shapes out of regular sponges.
Have a bubble center. Fill a kiddie pool with bubble solution. Purchase those huge bubble wands (Dollar Tree). Let the kids make their own ocean bubbles.
