Teddy Bear Ice Cream Cake
Optional: Use
any shaped cake pan to mold ice cream

package (11.2 ounce) Vanilla Ice
Cream Mix
Brown and blue candy-coated chocolate dots
Rolled fudge
nougat candy
Black shoestring licorice
Pink colored sugar
Line
pan with plastic wrap; overhanging edges about 1 inch. Prepare ice cream mix according to
package directions; do not freeze. Spoon into prepared pad; freeze 6 hours or
overnight.
Turn frozen ice cream cake from pan onto foil-covered cake
board, waxed paper or serving plate; remove plastic and smooth ice cream surface
with finger, if necessary. Position brown candy-coated chocolate dot eyes, fudge
nougat candy nose, licorice mouth and blue candy-coated chocolate message; add
pink color sugar ears and paws. Makes 12 servings.
