1 pkg. (11.2 oz.) Vanilla Ice
Cream Mix 2 layer 8-inch yellow cake (from scratch or from a box
mix) Sliced bananas Pineapply chunks Maraschino
cherries
Prepare ice cream
mix according to package directions; do NOT freeze. Place 1 cake layer on
cake circle or waxed paper or plate; spread with 1-1/2 cups whipped ice cream
(before freezing). Top with remaining cake layer. Using whipped ice cream, ice
cake smooth. Half fill disposable decorating bag fitted with cake decorating tip
1M with whipped ice cream (before freezing). Optional: Use a Ziplock Baggie, cut
end and insert cake decorating tip of your choice. Pipe ice Pipe ice cream
rosettes around top cake edge. Freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight. Remove
cake from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Fill center of cake with bananas,
pineapple and cherries; arrange additional cherries around bottom edge of cake.
