2 8oz. packages cream cheese - softened
1/4 cup butter - softened
2 tsp chives
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic pepper
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 red bell pepper about 1/2 cup chopped
Beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy with electric mixer and add remining ingredients except the red bell pepper.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on a baking sheet and spoon cheese mixture onto the plastic to form a candy cane shape, log or a ball. Fold up in the plastic wrap to cover the cheese and refrigerate until cheese is firm about 4 hours or overnight.
Unwrap cheese mixture. Place on serving plate and smooth top with a knife or spatula. Decorate with bell pepper by making stripes on candy cane shape cheese. Decorated cheese may be covered and refrigerated overnight. Makes about 18 servings.
