COOKIES

I made these for my Grandson's high school graduation party in June 2005 and they were a big hit with the guests, most of whom took theirs home.  Easy to make with my simplication of the directions I got from the Internet a few years ago.

Bottom of Cap:
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (remove paper wrapper)

Flat Cap Part:
Chocolate-covered Graham Crackers

Red Button on Top of Cap:
Red Hot Candies

Tassel:
Red Licorice Laces (cut to desired length, then cut into strips)

Assembling the Cookie:
Use  teensy dab of frosting to act as the glue.

That's all there is to it...
