Everything on cake is edible. The fish is made of fondant and hand-painted with luster dusts. The rest of the cake is airbrushed to look like the fish is jumping out of the water at sunset.

Angie Rombeck-Smith is a mom (and very young grandmother!) from Northwest Missouri. Her passion for cake decorating came out of a desire to make the cake an event of it's own and use unique and innovative decorations. She says that when she grows up she wants to be Margaret Braun.
