Pregnant Belly Races!
Have the guests wear pillows under their shirts and run a relay race or go through and obstacle course. This is a great game for "couples" showers where the men are guest. If no men, have the new "daddy" do this.

Pass the Pacifier:
Pass the Pacifier is a fun game. Divide the guests into teams of four, mixing up male and female guests. Each guest puts a chopstick in his or her mouth. Have a race to pass a pacifier (the kind with the handle). from one guest to the next, all the way down to the fourth guest and then back again, by placing the pacifier on the chopstick and passing it to the next person using only the chopstick and your mouth. (This can also be done with toothpicks)

Baby Bottle Race:
Have a race to see who can drink the fastest out of a baby bottle. (Punch, water or other appropriate beverage)
