Your Favorite Yellow Sponge Cake Recipe
Whipped Cream (in can with nozzle sprayer)
Mint Leaves
Fresh Raspberries
Lightly spray bottom and sides of sheet cake or rectangle cake pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
Option: Trim parchment paper to width of pan and allow the parchment to come up two sides of pan for easy release.
Make, bake and cool Yellow Sponge Cake following recipe instructions until cake is a light golden color.
Remove from oven and lift parchment paper by the two sides to remove cake from pan.
Using cookie cutter, cut out trees.
Using whip cream nozzle, zigzag on top of each cake.
Sprinkle with green Edible Glitter Sparkles.
Garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
Each serves 1
