Ingredients:
1 large ripe Avocado
2 cups Alfalfa Sprouts
6 large Carrots (grated)
Italian Dressing (saliva)
4 Bowls or Plates
Directions:
Scoop Avocado into a large bowl and mash with a fork until pulpy. Add Alfalfa Sprouts, mix well and put aside. Divide the grated carrot among the four bowls. Using your hands, make mini-meatballs from the avocado/alfalfa mixture and place on top of the grated carrots. Pour the Italian dressing over the Bat Hairballs.
