Barbie - Cinderella Cake

A Barbie doll is inserted into the doll skirt pan and than placed on on top of an 8 inch round. The whole thing sits on a 1/2 sheet cake. The skirt is a combination of butter cream and fondant. The swags and medallions are made of fondant. Everything is hand-painted blue and silver.

Angie Rombeck-Smith is a mom (and very young grandmother!) from Northwest Missouri. Her passion for cake decorating came out of a desire to make the cake an event of it's own and use unique and innovative decorations. She says that when she grows up she wants to be Margaret Braun.
