This is a really cute cake topper that can be hand activated as a toy when the cake and party are finished. Made of plastic, Dora in a festive gown is dancing with Boots (all one piece) with a magnet on the bottom. There is a separate yellow plastic piece that is the dance floor plus a yellow wand. When the wand is placed beneath the dance floor and moved, Dora & Boots twirl around as the wand is moved in different directions. The yellow base measures 3 inches in diameter.
