Suspended over a open flower, Tinkerbell actually moves-dangles when touched. This set includes the topper, back pack clip (hidden in the base) and a clear plastic to set on the cake so the topper does not get frosting on it. Tinkerbell measures approximately 3 inches by 3 inches. (1 set per pkg.)
