What a cake topper set this is! Blues is made of a firm but movable rubber and measures 3-1/4 inches tall -- this is a finger puppet, too! The open and close blue see-through tube is made of plastic, 4 inches long and has a real crayon in it. Also included are re-usable plastic flexipics to add to the theme of the cake.
