3-1/4 inches high by 2-1/2 diameter base, made of plastic. There is a lever on the side of the round base that when pulled makes Dash run around and around Bob. There is a clear plastic piece that fits on the bottom of the cake topper so when it is set on the cake, the toy will not get frosting on it. Included are three cake pics to make the cake fun.
