Bake cupcake batter in the liners.  Attach Decorating Tips to Frosting Tubes and decorate tops of cupcakes.  Shake Rainbow Candy Sprinkles as desired for color.  Arrange Sugar Shapes on the tops of frosted cupcakes or add a dab of frosting to bottom of sugar shapes and add to desserts.  Sugars can stand up or lay flat. Use Decorating Gels to add the final color touches.
