Default 4th of July

Check out Brightideas.com for crafts and also food ideas. If you do something different than the traditional dress up in red/white/blue, dinner and fire works, please post your creative ideas.

We normally picnic at the lake and watch and light fireworks too! We normally do this with a group of friends and have a big pot luck and everyone brings their own meat. We tube and water ski and just have a great time.

Kimberly: Sounds like you have one great time. We usually or use to get together with family and all bring food and then do fire works at my bil's house. However last couple days and like this year in the middle of the week, Brad has to go back to work or take two days off and so it is kind of a hassle to drive 200 miles in on day (two and from). So we have stayed home and nothing special our town doesn't even do a parade, last year out the 3 years I guess East Helena did fire works, but it is on the other side of town so we didn't go. However we have such a grand view out into the valley and up to the moutanins we can just look out our window when it gets dark. Have fun and enjoy.

Well, we have Canada Day on July 1st
We usually go to the park where there are bands and fun things for the kids... then fireworks at night!
