... Jack's Cake was done for my friend, Charlotte's son Jack. I found one
online and improvised with what I had. I think internet has made cake
decorating much more fun because you get so many great ideas.

CHARLOTTE SHAW creates and decorates unique and difficult cakes. She has been decorating cakes for about 35 years but only for family and friends. For the last 10 years she has branched out and even sold a few.
